This Privacy Policy applies to the White Knowledge Hub mobile application, together with any related services operated by TOTAL SERV LTD (collectively, the “Application”). In this Privacy Policy, TOTAL SERV LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The Application does not collect, log or store personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted for connectivity purposes, but it is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Because the Application does not collect user information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through ordinary use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing arjunpatel99341@gmail.com.
The Application itself does not retain personal information because it does not collect such information during standard use. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider, information contained in that correspondence may be retained only for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain a record of the communication or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of information you voluntarily submitted to the Service Provider by contacting arjunpatel99341@gmail.com. Where applicable and legally permissible, such information will be deleted within a reasonable period after the request is reviewed and fulfilled.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not put at risk by use of the Application alone. If information is voluntarily provided by or about a child where consent is required, a parent or guardian must provide that consent where permitted by law.
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of exposure is limited. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal information is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information that you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide any notice required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a new effective date. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and that processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
